Re: Yamaha g9 build
Its getting there. If you leave the small tires out back you can pull the Carolina Squat or Cali Lean fad going on. Just kidding!! Keep up the good work.

Re: Yamaha g9 build
Any updates? Since my Jakes LT Lift kit wont be in for a long time, I bought the same Steeleng 6 inch lift kit you have until it the Jakes ships out. I want to put my new rims and tires on but none of the other kits would clear the 22' inch tires so I had to go 6 inch. Wanting to see how your turning radius is and clearance of the tires to the body.

Re: Yamaha g9 build
The 6 inch a-arm kit from steeleng was great. I was able to fit 21x11 tires with stock 8 inch rims on it using 5 inches of wheel spacer (2.5 inches per side). Without the spacers the steering linkage riser that comes with the kit won't allow the 8 inch rim to mount. It has full turning radius with no rubbing

Re: Yamaha g9 build
So now the next thing you have to check is to make sure the tires don't rub the body. Anytime offset wheels or wheel spacers are used there might be some tire rub on the front fender.

Re: Yamaha g9 build
Reuphostered the seats over the weekend. They turned out better than i expected. Shout-out to Up To Par Covers for making great replacement vinyl at a great price. I paid right around $80 shipped to my door and got it in less than 2 weeks.
