Charging port is good. Solenoid is good. ITS and Micro switch are good. All voltages going into wiring harness are correct. Motor is functional ( Did a test by running power directly to it). The only thing left is the controller. All the tests point to the controller being faulty. Any last tests anyone can think to try before I buy a new controller?

The TXT-48 has a walkaway safety feature that uses max regen braking to limit the cart to about 2MPH to prevent the cart from rolling downhill if the parking brake isn't set.

With Run/Tow switch in Run, try to push or pull cart (by hand) more than 2MPH.

The beeper should beep rapidly, the solenoid should click and regen braking should resist cart movement.

If the beeper beeps and the solenoid (which is know to work) doesn't click, the controller is bad. (Solenoid driver defective).

Replace with an Alltrax XCT48400 or larger, which is user programmable.

So the beeper beeped, the solenoid did NOT click but it seemed like there was still some resistance when I️ was pushing it. It was more difficult to push when I️ had the run/tow set to run even though the solenoid didn’t click. Still think it’s a bad controller?

I agree, controller is bad.

Replace it with a Alltrax XCT48500, or larger.
