Re: 06' EZGO build- Air Ride, custom dash, Tv, and much more
It was a blank space so I filled it with a switch that just lights up for my kids to turn on. I thought it got lost at work so I ordered another one without knowing it was already at the garage. Also figured out the driving lights is a non LED light so I ordered a new one of those. So I now have 2 extra!
If i ever decide to add something else I'll swap the bunnies burner out! |

Re: 06' EZGO build- Air Ride, custom dash, Tv, and much more
headlights and taillights done. taillights were very easy took about ten minutes. the headlights were not so easy. after baking them in my pizza oven on 275' for 8 minutes they still did not want to seperate so i busted the glass out trying and used pliers to take out the remaining glass. then cleaned it out with a razor blade. If you want to do this you also have to dremel the inside of the headlight so the corners will sit flush. Overall i couldn't be happier with the results. One of my favorite mods to date. |

Re: 06' EZGO build- Air Ride, custom dash, Tv, and much more
Update:
-Ripped all the original seat covers off -painted the bagwell cover and motor cover -touched up the frame and rear ladder bars -chopped the roof 3in front 2.5in rear -worked on my brothers cart for a change building a custom push bar absolutely LOVE how the roof turned out!! I was going to chop the rear seat bars like Mikey did but it seems i have a different rear seat. I would need to make custom brackets for the rear seatback to mount and not sure I want to go that route. Plus all my girls are still little so it might be best to leave it alone anyway. we'll see..... |
