G16/G22 Clutch Roller dimensions

I'm trying to repair a friends G22 which has suffered the all too common clutch roller failure (all 3 have huge flat spots and one has worn sufficiently to allow the weight to fling out too far jamming the clutch in the fully closed position).

Being in the UK, parts are either hard to get or insanely expensive (the one place I can find them has the rollers at >$100 per roller). I was thinking I might be able to replace the rollers with a roller bearing of an appropriate size but, not having the clutch to hand, I can't measure them.

Does anyone have a new roller they can measure for me? In particular the shaft diameter and the length (I believe the outside diameter is 0.625" / 15.9mm). If I can find any suitable replacements, obviously I'll share the part numbers etc!
