Bright sparks on the motor
Very bright sparks coming out of the motor. Thinking brushing might need to be replaced. My cart has a delayed peddle reaction and/or would not go at all. I thought it might be the batteries, 2017 date, so I replaced all 6 batteries. Still delayed or will not go. Moving the cart a little back and forth makes the cart go but not at the speed it used to. 15 tops. It also started jerking then come to a complete stop.
With the new batteries, cart will go no more than 5 miles with sever jerking. I checked the motor and noticed bright sparks coming out of the motor. I’m thinking brushing May need to be replaced. Am I on the right track? Thanks for you help |

Re: Bright sparks on the motor
Points indeed to the brushes... pull the motor out, clean and check it for wear.
