Bueller Bueller :) was also hoping to find some feedback from current tomberlin customers as well. Making me want to take a harder look at the icons

They're out there, just out driving around in their fancy new Ghost hawks with the stereos cranked.

Well, I finally received my 2022 Tomberlin E-Merge GT. Waited four long months for it. Already got a dashboard remote for the G2 Bazooka Party Bar and an Apple AirTag to keep track of it.

One thing i found annoying with my 2010 Tomberlin is the mix match between standard and metric bolts. Maybe 20/21 models stick to one standard? But now knowing Tomberlin is made from China, i doubt mix matching between bolts will change. Mix match is not a deal breaker, but it sure makes maintenance a hassle.

FYI, the chassis itself is built overseas and shipped to the states. It comes broken down in a little crate then gets assembled here. Anything extra like the fancy wheels, suntops or the rear facing seat kits, or even the seat and a lot of other items are added in the states and we all still like standard.

As a tech knowing there are chances of metric and standard being on a vehicle, I also shake my head. But I will take your input back to the factory guys and ask the question.

I have seen a lot of the overseas import vehicles and the new Tomberlin units really are nice vehicles. I like the smooth drive and handling even over my lifelong dedication to Columbia and Parcar. The added touches that they put on their vehicles really make them stand out for appearance and performance. Who needs power steering on a golf cart? Well, mostly nobody but we like to be Americans who either say “watch this” or ask “why not?”

Oh, that makes so much sense. I did realize the chassis is metric bolts and all upgrades are standards. Thanks for the insight!
