Having a charging problem with a Ford Think
I am working on a 2002 Ford Think, and the cart will not charge. Its a 72 volt system, and the batteries only have around 62.7 volts. The voltage remains the same when the charger is plugged in. I replaced the charger with a good working unit, but it still won't charge the batteries. I don't have any wiring schematics for this vehicle, but if anyone out there does, I would love to take a look at them. I really don't know where to check next. Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Having a charging problem with a Ford Think
Charge the batteries individually with a 12v charger until they come up at least 12v each then your charger should work.
