Default 07 Electric Yamaha 48v not moving

I have a 2007 Yamaha Drive electric 48v and it will not move. I just replaced the solenoid like I was told to do by someone. I have power everywhere that I should. The solenoid does not click, i got that from another troubleshooting guy. Anyone have thoughts to what could be going on before I have to go to the repair shop?

I assume you have tried following the instructions on the sticker next to the tow/run switch? Turn switch to tow for 30 seconds, switch to run, and try again. So, you have power to the two small wires at the solenoid, but it doesnt click? ("i have power everywhere that i should")..

yes i am getting power to the small wires. i have checked the power on the accelerator switch to make sure that it was working properly as well.

The back story to the issue is that I drove it one day and then put it in the garage on charge and came out the next day to drive it and it would not move. I got the troubleshooting info from another buggy website but apparently that was a waste of my time and money.

If you are getting full 48v power to the small wires at the solenoid, but it is not clicking, solenoid is not good. Unless you are somehow measuring something else.

Cgtech I only have 25 volts on each of my two wires. Each wire has 25 volts. Is that correct? And if not what is causing this problem? Also what is the small grey rectangle box by batterys?

The small box is a diagnostic plug port for yamaha test equipment, the grey part is a "dummy plug" to keep dirt & acid out. Your voltages sound to me like you have a bad controller. The gas pedal switch goes to the controller, then the controller powers up the solenoid. So you have 25v coming from the controller, thats not good.
