Default 96 Ezgo txt 36 volt lifted no balls up hill like none at all

I just bought a 96 Ezgo txt 36 volt and it runs good but has no balls going up hill when I say no balls I mean it it just stops can even crawl up. Doesn’t even go on my trailer without picking up speed. Has fully charged battery pack. So it does have a lift kit on it and 22x11x8 tires. I just saw a kit on golf cart king for $1200 with motor and controller and was wondering if that’s going to give the extra power I need to get a 4 passengers up hilly terrains and a little more speed. If I did it right I think I added a picture of the kit I was talking about. Any help would be appreciated

What is your battery voltage after charging and a 12 hour rest? What is pack voltage dropping to going up the hill? Check each battery's voltage going up hill. Might very well be a battery problem.

Update. Tested pack and it’s at 36 volt while standing still. Tested each battery all at 6 while standing still. Tested pack on flat road hit throttle and it drops to 28 at first then as it picks up speed stays at 30. Tried load test going on my driveway which is sloped wouldn’t even make it up with me and the wife on with foot on the peddle load was at 30 and cart was not moving.

A fully charged 36 volt pack should be more than 36 volts and more than 6v for each battery.

Fully charged back is 38.2 volts. Batteries are basically dead at 36v. Read stickies on battery health to get information about testing

Charger just took a crap. Will be getting one tomorrow and fully charging batteries. But should a 36 volt cart on 22 inch tire be able to climb a normal hill ?

Yes, it will...not a speed demon, but should climb hills with no problem. What is the charger doing/not doing? What is brand of the charger? How do you know it's the charger, not connection to cart? You can blow a lot of dough on this thing if your not careful.

If you are going to have to buy another charger, you would be better served to upgrade to 48V, if you want more speed and power.
