Sounds like your toe setting it too far out. Your toe should be near zero to -1/4" in. When front tires are toe'd out, the cart wants to steer in the direction of the tires, which are pointed outwards. That will make it feel unstable and hard to steer straight.

Also, soft shocks tend to make the cart dive more when turning. It's a side affect of having a nice riding long travel suspension. You could try tightening up your pre load.
