Arrow 2011 DS - New MCOR 4 - Still Hesitates / Jerks

I have recently acquired a 2011 Club Car DS - Built week 33. It had a issue with severe hesitation / throttle control issues. I read a lot on this forum and seemed like the MCOR that was in there was the most likely cause. I ordered the upgrade kit and installed a new MCOR4. It seems much better throughout the pedal travel except when you first take off. It hesitates then jerks and then goes (both FWD and Rev). Once moving already all seems fine. It is a 48V model, batteries fully charged, it looks like the previous owner tried to put a solenoid in it as well. Any diagnostic thoughts / ideas.

Any help / guidance would be appreciated.

Anyone have a idea of where to go next, a motor controller maybe, what is the best way to check that?

I would check all connections make sure they are snug. Put cart in Tow, unhook main pack positive then main pack negative. Use wrench and check all your cable connections, on motor use two wrenches.

Reason is, if just one cable has a loose connection is can cause this problem, once it arks and makes connection then it will work till it is off. I've had this happen, had loose battery cable on solenoid once tighten it has been fine for years.
