Re: 1990 electric club car no moving
All wires have good connection. it does have coils behind the battery bank. Ran a little slow before the new batteries, changed to solenoid because pole for the key switch was broke. I broke the fuse when I was trying to trouble shoot.

Re: 1990 electric club car no moving
I have checked several times. When I replaced the batteries I did one at a time keeping to main positive off until all in place. Also very careful with positioning the wires whit the solenoid. Just to be certain I replaced the old solenoid with a 36 volt solenoid. Does it have to be specific to the cart??

36v solenoid is what is required
do you hear the solenoid click with the key on and in forward and pressing the go pedal ? |

No. The only noise is the reverse buzzer with cart in reverse position with the key on or off.

Re: 1990 electric club car no moving
buzzer is a good sound on or off , it means the f/r limit switch and key is good
now for the micro switch in the V-glide again with the key on and in forward press go pedal slowly you should hear a soft click from the V-glide |
