WANTED: slide into back bed of Club Car Carryall Turf 2 rear pax seat
Anyone know of an affordable REAR slide-into-back-bed seat kit for Club car (gas powered) carryall Turf 2 (2012)? Would be helpful if it also has the step and a safety bar

There are none. At least not as far as I’ve known. Anything you see like you’re looking for is custom made, or made by a small shop that doesn’t have a large market presence.
The commercially available and made in China seat kits can be modified, but will not be easy to remove/install in the bed if you’re still wanting to use the bed. |

If you take a standard back seat kit, and cut the mounting brackets off the bottom so it sits flat you can drill 4 holes and slide bolts through the seat frame. Then tack weld them to the seat frame.
Line up the holes in the bed, and drill 4 holes. You’d be able to assemble the seat itself outside the cart and drop it in the bed. 4 nuts and it’s on in a couple minutes. Easy to remove too. That would actually be pretty easy to modify and mount like that. If you wanted even easier you could use pins with washers and cotter keys but I’d probably just use 4 nuts on the bottom of the bed so its firm and doesn’t have any play. |

Just a suggestion, you may also want to modify the bed latch if you don’t have a power dump bed on it. The latch that holds it closed is kinda chintzy and all that weight of just an empty seat (they’re heavy) on the back of the bed in a turf 2 (behind the pivot point of the dump bed) would make it want to tilt up if that latch lost tension over a bump or something. Let alone if it had a couple people in it.
