I was asked so thought I would reply,

Pipe kit came from bullfrogperformanceproducts.com
I got the first kit from Vegas carts and didn't like the muffler and they don't sell just the pipe kit.
Went looking around and found Bull Frog, cheaper kit with no muffler, larger diameter pipe so you might need to redrill your flanges but does work.
The mufflers are stock Briggs mufflers #392101, you have to cut the inlet off and weld on a short piece from the pipe kit so the bell can slide on.

Thanks for the reply Crash! I know "quiet" is subjective, but how do you figure it compares to a stock gas cart? $200+ just for the pipe kit and mufflers is a bite to chew on for a guess. From the sounds of it, it is likely the best big block twin exhaust results to date...If i could get it down to a throatier stock cart or any where near stock, I would get the crow bar out on and open up the wallet, just hate to do it for marginal results.
Did you have to do any bending, or were there enough bends in the kit to make it work? I'm tempted to go get a pipe bender from HF and buy some straight lengths of pipe.

For some reason I thought I paid $68 for the pipe kit but maybe it was last years prices, ($98 now). Mufflers were Ebay for around $40 each. I still need to get two of the deflectors for $12 each.
Kinda pricey but compared to any stock cart muffler it all sucks the life out of your wallet!!!!
I mounted the flanges and mufflers and then just built the pipes from engine to mufflers. I cut the pipe kit and tacked it as I built them and then welded on the bench.
I also bolted the flanges through a 2X4 so they wouldn't pull as i welded it up.

Exactly how it's done, good job Crash. That's the way I setup Dave's Headers (smallblock450sl) for the Yamahauler.

Great idea on the crossover pipe most Harley exhausts have that , also helps balence and midrange I’m getting ready to build a Robertson kit for my vanguard I may use that crossover deal too right now I have a 22022 Stanley tractor muffler and I cut it open and packed the outlet side with 1 in ceramic muffler packing and added some more dimples to the outlet pipe it really quieted it down and has a mellow tone
