Default Vanguard Muffler Update

After breaking header after header after header, I have come to the conclusion that the headers for the V-Twin vanguard's can't take the flex or the abuse from jumping!
( I know I know, Crash this is not an ATV it is a golf cart)
So I tried a few different Muffler setups, and none could take the abuse. Til Now!
Here are a couple of pics to show what it looks like just by itself on the engine.

My biggest concern about this Muffler was Heat and clearance,
It actually runs much cooler than the header did. I also was worried about heat to the belt because clearance was fairly tight with a Comet 780, so when I put this muffler on I intentionally took it out and tried to break it and it could not be done! The muffler flexes with the engine now, problem solved. I also went and got some Flex muffler pipe to finish out the exhaust

One more thing to add, the performance difference between the muffler and the header, are different when I first put this muffler on it felt like it had more torque than top end ,but as the muffler broke in, you could feel the top end coming alive!
Now that I've had the muffler on there for a while I really really do like it it is a lot quieter then my last set up and with the quietness you can hear the deep thump thump of the V-Twin at idle.
If you have a V-Twin and you are hard on your cart this is a must have set up,

You broke your cart jumping it? I am starting to like you already! I don't want to break my cart but jumping is too fun.

I noticed your youtube channel from a video you posted in your Big Block Upgrade. The videos you posted on the beach this year have this muffler on it?

All the videos are with the header I have not made a new video with the new muffler it's just so quiet, but if you park next to a single, cylinder, ( not knocking my buddies 18 horse 440cc) the tone is so much deeper than his.
I will try to make a video this week, the beaches are so crowded right now it's hard to make a run down the Beach, even at 2:30 in the morning LOL
Maybe I can go hit the tall brush or hit the sand dunes but I will try to make a new video with the new muffler.

Just so we're clear, this video was made with a Galaxy S7 Edge Plus, my point is that this whole trail I made was done one handed, The left hand held the telephone and filmed while I trying to drive with the right hand....

The motor is so quiet you can actually hear my dog panting welcome to Texas......
I won't say, it's so hot joke....

Cruising through tall brush, some of it taller than the golf cart.....
