Need help with EZGO TXT electrical diagnosis

Thank you. I had a feeling that was what it was but I was not about to risk burning up $1000 of electronics if I was wrong. Carts unlimited was out of the cover for the F/W switch so I just have it hanging and can turn it upside down if it goes forward in reverse.

I took it for a short ride today and no wire terminals heated up. I will take it for a longer ride tomorrow. The reverse switch is just hanging until Carts Unlimited get my housing for it in.

The only problem I have now is the reverse buzzer does not work. I have it wired just like the schematic shows. It works when I connect it straight to the battery.

It also goes full speed in reverse.

The reverse beeper and controller half speed used to be activated by MS-4, but that switch was on the old F/R assembly and the red wire that used to go to it now goes the the terminal on the new F/R switch that has voltage on it when reverse is selected.

Where is the red wire from your beeper connected?
