Default Name this Pargo

I picked this up and, well what is it? I need a wiring diagram too. The folks had all the junk from the movie "Jackass" and these were used in it.
The #"s on it are 954 9821283

I found out its a 945 series, don't know what year though. It may get a M/C motor.

I need to find a diff with a "normal" pinion yoke setup. I know I've seen one on a cart. just can't remember witch one? Help folks???

Taylor-Dunn..

IIRC, they used a narrowed Ford 8" axle with a pulley in place of the u-joint yoke..

my 80 TD has a 9" ford axle.?
