Default Star cart Odd behavior

Lightning storm the other night may have had a power surge. Charger quit working. Headlights don't work. Horn and signals work until i try to pull the headlight switch. if i turn the cart off and back on I can get the horn and turn signals to come back still no headlights. There is an electrical burning smell seems to be coming from the turn signal headlight horn stalk.

any ideas where to start?

There is a fuse holder (in line) underneath the front, behind the headlights. This may have shorted out or hopefully just blew the 2 fuses.

The headlight switch is not very good on those cars anyway.Simple check if you take it apart to see if it is working.
