BOmbardier NEV Precharge Fault

Hey everybody, i recently purchased a 98 NEV. had it two days and it started messing up. First it would kIck the motor out if i gave it to much gas. Then as i drove it more to start trouble shootIng it, its top speed was only 16 mph. I called Peacock ltd and talked to a service rep. Explaind to him what the cart was doing. He talked to the mechanic and told me it was the cluster. So i bought a new cluster and installed it. STILLgetting the "pre charge fault"! So after spending all that money i still have the same problem. So i called him back and then he insisted that the curtis controller was bad and it is 700$ to rebuild it. I have cleaned every contact, check voltage, everything i can think of. This thing is stressin me out. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!? Thanks!

I got the same fault code, 3-3, and it's in the shop for diagnosis and repair. I'll post advice and repair info when I get it gfrom the shop. Good luck.

did you get your cart fixed yet???
