Default Headlight Options for my Precedent?

Anyone have any other options for front headlights for my 06 Precedent? I plan on taking the club car hunting this year and I am leary about buying one of those light kits as I heard they don't give off that much light? Anyone have any feedback on this?

Just looking for some advice, my purpose is to be able to maneuver around the woods and the fields in the early morning hours and after dusk.

I was thinking about going to autozone and seeing what they have but I want to be able to wire it properly and not feed off of one battery etc. I may be stuck buying one of these factory kits? I see there going on EBAy for about $100

Thanks in advance for any feedback!
Brent

I don't know how much light you are wanting but my light kit provides plenty of light to maneuver around in the dark.
I had to shim the light kit so it pointed downward more. It was shinning up to high and blinding people driving vechicles.

Either way you will still have to power from one battery unless you install a voltage reducer and draw from the whole battery pack.

. . you will need to look for an appropriate voltage reducer/converter that connects to entire battery pack and provides 12v @ the amperage you want/need . . .

The one I have seen did not have voltage reducer from factory . . just a pigtail from one battery . . but it was a 4-12v system . . .

Yup, mine is a 2007 and the factory wiring harness for the lights hooks to a pig tail on one of the 12V batteries.
I had to install a converter/reducer to be abe to pull voltage from the entire battery pack.

I used tractor utility lights in 12 volt from napa and bought the 48volt replacement bulb. this allowed me to use the whole battery pack to power the lights. decent enough lights to see around the woods. i used an old extension chord to supply power and keep it waterproof. just use a toggle switch to turn it on and off. here is some pics so ya get an idea.
