Default 99 Club Car, No Move

I have a 99 club car ds, when riding it would kick out and not run. Sometimes when pressing the pedal it would go and other times it wouldn't. Replaced the first soleniod ( two solenoid system) and got same result. Got a new controller and got the same thing. Was checking some wiring to see if I missed anything and found the 6 pin plug from the v-glide to look like it may have been chewed on. I cut the plug off and butt connected the wires,( yes they are right) and now the soleniod clicks but the wheels dont turn. I also replaced the soleniod with the coil on it. have put the original controller back on with nothing happening but a solenoid click running out of things to check. Any ideas??? thanks

Does reverse work?
0-5k ohms on the yellow green
wire to controller?
Clean V-glide contacts?

Sounds like you have a Regen 2 and that is a horse of a whole different color.

That solenoid with the resistor coil is for your dynamic brake and can be bypassed if needed (along with the speed switch). The other solenoid would be your Main solenoid.

yes it is a regen2 and thats what I have heard. the v glide was cleaned. Neither forward or reverse work. and its a 48v cart. it would work intermittently until I cut that plug out. Now all I have is a solenoid click with no movement

What are you getting when you test the solenoid. (It clicks, but is it transferring voltage across the bridge)?

See post #5... It is this or the output from the potentiometer.
