Brand new batteries, no charge 48v
So my charger wasn’t charging my batteries. I replaced all the batteries today with brand new ones and it still won’t charge.
The charger clicks when it’s plugged in which makes me think the relay is working. Also, I took the charger to someone else’s house and the charger works on their cart. The battery packs show 50.1 volts. The receptacle shows 36.7 volts Both fuses are good 2004 Club Car DS 48v Serial number AQ04 I took a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zzZnxJoXf0 Any suggestions? |

I have it on the same port as the battery going to the motor and where I measure the 50 volts at

I show continuity on that fuse, should I try jumping it? I get voltage using both sides of the fuse
