Default Drive belt question

How do I know if my drive belt is in need of replacement. When I hit the gas it revs up and then kicks into forward motion.

All the way at bottom and can be moved side to side a little. Where would I get a new one and is it hard to replace?

Is Mike talking about the drive clutch or the driven clutch? It should be loose and at the bottom of the drive clutch. It should be sitting very high in the driven clutch. Just saying.
