You’ll be better off leaving it in tow mode when it’s going to be parked. I always do anyway, because I have small kids that like to play and keep the keys in the cup holder. I don’t want them playing with the keys, turning it on and somehow pushing the shifter button and driving it into a wall or the garage door and getting hurt. They’ll never lift the seat and flip the tow switch. Lot of redundancy I know but it’s worth it. Plus doesn’t draw from the battery that way

Mine finally turns off after about a week. Had Covid last weekend and didn’t go out. When I checked the cart after about a week, the gauge was off.
