Cut and bead roll this sheet metal to make a battery tray...
And then used the bead roller again to make new kick plates as I dont plan on running the rubber matt. Made brackets and mounted a bear claw latch under the seat... |

Now for the top.... got one of these red dot canvas tops:
Cart had no frame or top before so hung the top and made some legs, 11ga A36 steel, super strong. Didnt take too long to get it where we wanted it. Also forgot to mention we put 3" wheel spacer from Jake's on the back to match the track width of the front. |

Here is the roller back together after paint:
Every nut and bolt was replaced with grade 8 or class 12.9 (depending on metric/standard) |

The body!! My wife took this on, sanded painted all of it... turned out great!! Love the color.

I did black bedliner on the rear bumper as well as floor and the kick plates I made.

Reassembly / wiring time:
Being a boat sytle canvas top... totally added an anchor light (and hid nav lights behind the blinker lenses) Using a mercury marine key switch and kill lanyard |
