Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
I brought the cart back in tonight to keep going on it. It’s just too close to stop.
I hooked up all my old club car electronics and put the plumb crazy motor back in it and everything is working. So now working on mounting them up and building the pedals. |

Nice- looks like a Club Car IQ harness? Great drive system.

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
Tell me more Scotty. If I remember correctly, I think I got this controller from you a long time ago when I burned up my original. And I believe you taught me how to bypass the on board computer battery controller thingy as well. |

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
I’ve been trying to finish the framing and welding. So far so good.
Once this is done and I have the frame and suspension painted and protected for rust, then the last thing to do will be brakes, because I got the throttle pedal fabricated and ready for mounting. |

Re: Fully Independent Suspension Build
You got it Luke. It’s a club car IQ system that has been as simplified as I possibly can so far. It’s working great so far. All tests have been positive. I’m running a plumb crazy motor with this controller. |

Welding and painting. Trying to cross the finish line. My daughter picked the color pallet and I love it.
