Those are some nice deer! My family hunts too. We have a small hunting place out west that I've owned it for 30+ years now. My two sons love it and our family has so many good times out there. Had a yamaha gas cart at it for decades but few years ago we upgraded to a polaris ranger. Actually pretty darn handy with the 4wd and gobs of power.

Nice deer! Here is one I’m hoping to see right now as we speak!

Here's one that I got on my camera back in August. A ten PT still in velvet:

Now, I didn't get any additional pics after September and I never once saw him all of archery. The next "plot" over from my spot took a huge ten pt so I figured they got him.

Well....on Dec 27th....look what jumped in front of my one remaining camera!! He made it through archery ...and rifle.....I'll look all of this summer as to where this guy is hiding out. He should be quite the buck in the fall of 2023....as long as he avoids cars and perhaps any poachers.

Dave, we have that issue too. We have a small place so deer move across ours and neighbors get them. Course we have gotten deer too that a neighbor was watching so I guess it all works out. I have passed most of the shooting on to my sons. I am usually hunting with my camera although I do love to eat venison. My favorite is turkey though. Fun to hunt and great table fare.
