My friend stated if charger remains at 2 amps maybe something electrical on the cart is on and drawing 2 amps how do i test the batteru pack to see if there is something drawing a load. Also i should probably try to chaRGE AGAIN AND LEAVE IT AT 2 AMPS FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO SEEE IF IT FINALLY SHUTS OFF THANKS SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP
Drive the cart some and then put it on a charge and see if it shuts off after 16 hours. New batteries need 10-20 cycles of discharge/charge to reach full potential.

If there is a draw your charger won't reflect the draw on it's meter. Remember that is a charger and not a stand alone amp meter. The 2amp shown on the charger is normal. Mine does the same thing. It's the equalization stage toward the end of a charge cycle. As far as the horn, you are going to have to trace the wires and see if there is a fuse in line or a disconnected wire somewhere. If not, I would test the switch.

Sounds like the relay in the charger is bad. Mine would charge just fine, go through all the motions, on,off, reduce the charge rate etc etc but never quit humming.
I got a new relay, breaker and heat sink for the charger from Tahoedawg for 50 bucks and when I went to install them found out my charger had been jumpered to bypass the relay.
Shipped immediately and helped me figure it out on the phone. Id pm him and see if he can help you..
