Default Club Car "Bucks" When full speed

My 48V Club car seems to buck every few minutes when running at full speed. It picks right back up to full then bucks again. I had some wires heating up after running a mile or so but I put new ones on and now they stay cool. Any thought on things to check?

Thanks
