There are plenty of go fast goodies on the market. You could swap in a higher power motor....and a high amp controller. Most of the after market electric guys are producing parts for the precedent.

Yeah... what Roady said!

But also... It's an IQ system, I would take it to a CC dealer,
and have them reprogram the computer for a higher top speed first!

The Iq Systems You Can Purchase Different Speed Chips For It But If You Plan On Lifting It I Would Not Chip I It May Lead To Problems With Controller Failers

all of the Club Car D.S. controllers and motors interchange with the Precedent.. So speed upgrades are identical..

the best and least expensive way to get some more speed is to upgrade to high speed gears... you gain 8mph on overall speed. don't be fooled by controllers, they might make you think you going faster when you hit the pedal, but your just getting a little better torque, not gaining much of anything on overall speed. trust me, we have worked on hundreds and hundreds of precedents, that is all we deal with. you will be happiest with high speed gears. also, hopefully you have your computer in your cart already programmed with the high speed code... if you don't have the code, you can buy it from club car and anyone with an IQ computer can program it in for you, that will get your cart your cart to go 19.6 mph without changing any parts... so add the gears and you will be at about 27-28mph.
