Default Re: Club car all sudden sluggish, no reverse

Bad connection or worn out brushes in the motor.
Does the motor have inspection covers on the end? Some do, most don't, so most of the time the only way to inspect the brushes is to take the motor out and take it apart.

Make sure you don't have any bad cables on the motor. Check for burned, corroded, or loose ends.
