club car question for new guy
Hello
I just bought an 06 club car with brand new batteries, and I'd like to put some bigger tires on it. Can anyone recommend what size and where to buy from? Also, my parents have an ez go that seems much faster (both 48v) and I'm curious if I can make it comparable. As I said batteries on club car are brand new, it seems like it's governed at top speed. |

Re: club car question for new guy
The big important question is it a series or sepex cart?
Next, is what do you intend to use the cart for? Increasing tire size will increase top speed and lower torque. I think some people have squeezed 22 inch tires on mostly stock club cars. |

Re: club car question for new guy
I'm sorry I don't know if it's series or sepex. Is there a way to find out? As far as use, we plan on using it to put around on the farm. Not necessarily wanting to lift it bc we usually tote kids around and want to keep the odds of tipping to a minimum.

Re: club car question for new guy
In my opinion the CC President is really not tippy at all. I've got a 6" lift and 22" tires on mine and do not find it tippy unless driven recklessly...
As to speed try downloading a SPEEDO app on your phone so we know what kinda slow really is and what your goals are... |
