Default Reversing contactor?

I bought a 500 amp Alltrax SPM48500 on ebay to replace my 400 amp SPM 48400 because I am upgrading to 48v. Seller also shipped a "DC Contactor" Model SW182 and a White & Rodgers 36v model 586-906 solenoid with it - wasn't expecting them, think he was just getting rid of extra stuff he had.

My TXT is a series drive cart with F&R down below the seat. Is the SW182 a reversing contactor? I already have ScottyB's HD F&R, so would it make any sense to switch to the reversing contactor? Only reason I ask is because it looks like it will take up a lot less space then the HD F&R and space is going to be a premium given how big the SPM48500 is.

SW182 is a reversing contactor rated at 200 amps but you need to look at the voltage the coil uses. If it is 36V and you are going to 48 it no workie.. So plans for the old SPM are ?

NICE bonus! The SW182 is too small for the 500a control. If it is 36v it can be used in a 36 or 48v system if you wire the activation circuit correctly.

Gonna sell it when I get my new batteries in the next month or so. Guess I will sell the reversing contactor too.
