Default EZGO Dash finally complete

My life has been somewhat complicated the past few years. My youngest sons high football season ended with a semi final loss last weekend. Took a few evenings this week to get a lot done on my cart and get away from my computer.

Finished all the little things on my dash. Installed the ball cover, finished the install of all the switches in the tee holder. Top switch is a master. Only using 2 so far for radio and lights. Winch is direct wired.

The radio is mounted overhead with the speakers attached to roof bolts. All wiring is on the inside of the roof posts. You can see the antenna mounted to the left of the screen.

Nice - when I had the same roof-mount radio setup I learned the hard way that wasps LOVE to get in there and build some pretty serious nests, so make sure to plug up any and all openings where the little demons could gain entrance. It's a real drag to go jump in the cart and suddenly the danglers are EVERYWHERE, LOL, especially if you're allergic (as am I and my other half) ...

Also, I ended up using some 1/2" neoprene strips to stabilize the radio in the enclosure, cuts down on the rattles if You're doing any real off-roading, also rubber washers on the bolts that go through the roof as well as a little silicon will keep the water out of things much better than without them (you wouldn't think it would leak past those tight screw heads but it will).

That cart is really coming along nice !!!!
