Hello BGW Forum,

I am brand new as of yesterday to cart ownership. After some research (Mostly on this forum) I pulled the trigger and bought a 2004 Club Car 48 Volt cart. I am gathering materials (and funds) to make it street legal. I also plan on putting a nice stereo and lights on like some of the other members on here have inspired me to! I am excited to start working on it as soon as the darn weather hits 30f or more! I am open to suggestions on what color to paint it.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Looks good! Is that a light for your license plate? What kind of license plate bracket did you use?

Yes it is lighted. I used a Peterson M436B Clear License Plate Light with Steel Bracket. Fairly happy with the quality although I had to add a ground wire to it.
