wiring diagram for 05" ezgo battery gauge?

i need a diagram on how the wiring goes for the battery gauge on a 2005 ezgo its a 36v gauge with four post on the gauge the gauge is round with a needle in it not the led kinf but i cant figure out what wires goes were to hook it up only the positive post is marked please help me

Your not talking about one with a built in light are you. I haven't seen one but I would think they would have 4 connections on it. 2 for 36 volts.
2 for 12 volt bulb.

By your picture :
The 2 studs without nuts would be the mounting studs. No wires. The 2 studs with nuts I would say are the input and out put by the picture.
One is 36 v in and out.
Do you have like a u shaped peice of metal with it? If so it goes over the 2 studs and tighten it down to hold it in the dash.

k so i hook what wires to what it has a positive sign and the others blank what do i hook the positive to the battery or ignition switch which has a blue and a green wire and the other i take i hook to the neg post or ground to frame and another ? if i hook it up to the battery will it run the battery down since it will always be on

You can hook it either way. The gauge shouldn't run the batteries dead for normal use. If the cart sits for month without use maybe. I don't think it would but it might.
As for as the wires. Either key switch or + of batteries. The other goes to ground of batteries. Never ground anything on a electric cart to the frame. It will cause all kinds of electric issues.
You will need to see which wire on the key switch is not hot when the key is off. Whichever one doesn't have volts when the key is in the off position. That's the one you hook to. It will cut on & off with key.
