Fair price.
Hi guys.
Just found this site and looks great and full of info. I am a new guy to the golf carts so keep that in mind I am looking at buying a 2008 Demo for EZGO- sport 2+2 model- powered by gas- factory lifted- has all terrain 22" tires-mag wheels-light kit- flip down rear seat- extended roof Has about 6 hr on it looks real clean and runs great. The shop is asking $6,499 + tax is this a good deal for me. Sorry for such a big pic. Thanks for any info back Ron. Hers a pic of the cart |

Re: Fair price.
Thanks for the info there hotmomma
I went and looked at the cart sat and its hmmm ok for a 08 looks like there is more then 6hr on this cart to me. I took it for a drive for maybe 10 min or so its real slow on the take off and top speed maybe is 10 -12 mph (GPS says) The guy selling it says it was a demo for ezgo but to me it looked well used not trying to put down the cart but... Also it has a Robin engine are the Kawasaki engine better ? And there was a hard time trying to drag the warranty if any out of him. He was more trying to sale me a dash board + radio + more stuff LOL. I am going to pass on this on and look for a diff dealer or sale. Ron. |

Re: Fair price.
Woo a dash board... Those things cost about $100 and you can install it in 5 minutes.
Probably made the right decision.. Im thinkin 10-12mph is a bit slow, even if the governer has never been adjusted since its on a 22" tire.. Mine runs about 18-19 and doesn't run alot of RPM... You can hear it when the governer kicks in and limits the speed. Personally, I can't see 7 grand on a cart... There are soo many stockers out there for 1500-1800 in perfect shape. All the upgrades are so easy to do. And when you do em yourself you don't pay for any upgades you don't really want. |
