1995 Club Car Ds Series Electrical Issue
I have a serial number F9504 421567 club cart that I am having electrical issues with. Here is a previous post I left.
Hey guys, I have a club car carryall-1 and it has been acting strange lately. When turning it on and placing it in forward or reverse it feels like it tries to go for a split second and just dies. Kinda like a very small jump forward or backward. It is an electric cart, I think it is a 95 model with a dump bed on it. I found that plugging in the charger and waiting for the charge to initialize then unplugging the charger would make it work. It doesn't work anymore though. It had the same issues last year and our plant cart mechanic replaced the small black box located under the dump bed and it seemed to be fine for a year. any ideas. I have printed off the wring schematic from the front page but there isnt a key for the numbers on the drawing. Ill try and troubleshoot it with this drawing and see if I can find anything. If anyone has anymore info please post. |

Might be an issue with the throttle control adjustment.
