I've never worked with the hydraulic brakes on these carts, but you're not the first to experience what you're going through!

Well that figures... hook the battery charger up hoping it works well.... and it does but my batteries went green in 4-5 hrs all the numbers check out I even hooked it back up to see if it dropped to green on the amp read out on the charger after I was testing the solenoid ... it did and I still see no difference when the last 2 fire? When I tested them independently as they fired one by one they all read over 36 as they fired..... I'm lost. Still no torque.

I am working on a Caroche, and when I put the brake system back together, I will use Silicone brake fluid. It doesn't attract moisture and cause rust buildup in all the components.

Just clean the whole system with denatured alcohol first because the two brake fluids don't mix.

Still looking forward to seeing pictures of your Cart.

Did you take any pics of your sys ? This thing doesn't look like any master cylinder I've seen... not even sure how it gets pressure? It seems to be just a rod from the break pushing in . Are you looking for current pics?

I bought a new Master Cylinder, it is a Raybestos Part number MC4360. Picture attached.

It is identical to the one that was on my car when I got it.

Yes, I was looking for current pictures of your Caroche, we all like to see pictures.

If you haven't seen mine, you can find them at the link below:

Dont have wiring diagram in front of me but if memory serves. With VOM meter go from battery pack main negative to the wire attached to the last coil (pass side) at full pedal should be close to your battery voltage.
