Please HELP 2002 IQ Club Car new mcor-new controller-new solenoid-good batteries 50 volts Car will not do anything completely DEAD Thanks

Obc could have the cart locked out...Does your reverse buzzer work...

Another test for Charge Interlock is measure the voltage on the Lt Blue wire going into pin 5 of the Controller 16-pin connector. It should read pack voltage when the charger is not connected.
Are you getting pack voltage on the output side of the Tow/Run switch? It controls power to all the controls and sends pack voltage to Controller pin 9 (Gray) of the 16-pin connector. Are the new controller and solenoid OEM replacements? Do you hear the solenoid click? Is the diode on the solenoid on the right direction? |
