Gotti - sorry for the welder rant. I ordered Safety washers for both of my toys. I'll post some pictures when I have them installed.

I'm still waiting on my part to get done from the machine shop, since I dropped it off on the November 30. Hopefully, they'll get their machine back up and running soon.

In the meanwhile, I'm continuing on my front end design. What are the thoughts on running open-wheel vs front fenders of some sort? Are there any things that I need to take into consideration besides flying rocks from the front tires kicking back at me? Has anyone on here tackled making a custom grill? I thought about using an after-market but I can't locate one that I like that is made of steel, so I think I'll just make one.

I finished up the template for my grill. Hopefully, I'll have time to drop it off to be cut out tomorrow.

Shepard - Since my heim joints are one piece with the high misalignments built in, do the safety washers have to allow the misalignments to fit inside of them? Or just against them?
