What lift MJFX or Jakes?
Both look to be about the same wanting to do 6 inch a arm and 12 inch wheels with 22's! Didn't know if one was better than the other price looks to be about the same, any thought? Thanks

I just put a jakes 6" a arm on my 00ds - horrible directions - watch the madjax video for directions - basically the same. Jakes rear end lift was a pain too - the U Bolt didn't line up with the factory mounting holes in the brake cable plate - had to drill out a bunch of areas and took way more time than it should have. I think I would go with all sports next time. Rear u bolts barely fit around the axle as well. Definitely not the correct size they sent - I personally feel that a company that won't spend the small amount of time or money to put decent directions or a video together is shameful - plus the extra hour or two I had to spend modifying the plates was something that should have not have happened if they would have shipped the right u bolt size. Quality looks ok but they get an F for directions and U bolt mess up.... Just my opinion - others may have had no problems.... Lots of guys on here recommend all sports - not really any neg reviews either...

Re: What life MJFX or Jakes?
I just put on a Jakes lift kit too. I found the directions to be Okay. However I found a series of videos they uploaded to youtube showing exactly what to do step by step (even the video they uploaded didnt follow the instructions step by step.. it changed out certain steps which worked alot easier than doing it if following directions) which is basically what I replaced for written directions. I guess everyones experience is different.

Re: What lift MJFX or Jakes?
I had good results with the Jakes L.T. lift Had to alter some of the steps in the directions , but pretty simple. It tell's in the direction the plate has to be drilled out for larger U bolts.

Re: What lift MJFX or Jakes?
I installed MJFX on my cart then heavy duty springs.Front was lower than rear so installed longer sway bar end links to level out the cart. Its a little rougher riding but was easy to install and modify
