Default 36 volt charger receptacle wiring

I am rewiring a 1993 cc ds after conversion to controller. I cannot find a detailed image of the receptacle and I have removed all the wires from mine. I think there are two wires from fuse to receptacle (one positive and one negative) then two from receptacle (again one pos and one neg) to battery back. Is this correct? Any other wires? Thanks.

If your cart runs, all you really need are the 2 heavy charge wires (10g) to the main + and - of the pack.

Thanks. What about wires to or from the fuse?

You don't need to use the fuse connections.

I know you know your stuff, but why should I use the fuse anymore? Thanks.

Most carts do not use a fused charge circuit. Club Car dropped it in later years. Ezgo used it in some years. As always there is more than 1 way to do stuff. You can use the old glass fuse if you like. I prefer to eliminate any unnecessary connections. It is not right or wrong just another simple way to achieve a charger connection.
