Another dreaded battery question
As I have state here before, bought new trojan 12's and am following the break in period exactly. Quick question, after each full charge (which comes to about 51.3) I drive the cart down to about 49.5 to 49.7, which is 70 to 75%. When i stop the cart i check with a volt meter hooked up to battery 1 and 4. When it shows around 49.6 i stop and charge and repeat the next day. Last night after about 5 miles I checked and sure enough it was right at 49.6. Instead of charging I went into the house for about 10 minutes. Right before I hooked up charger I just checked the batteries to make sure they were still at around 49.5. I was amazed to see that the batteries now read 50.4. Now, is the 50.4 the true reading? should I be waiting to check the batteries and drive the cart more until the battery drops to 48.7 and wait till it jumps up to around 49.6 and then charge it. Any help would be appreciated.

. . . after use and resting, the batteries "recover", thus the higher reading . . .
