the testing in this is for a iq or regen car mine is not iq or regen

I have come to the conclusion the motor is weak

you can take it out and check the brushes to see how worn they are..........................

how far out of the holders are they? the springs arn,t weak? anything look out of place?............................

They have a lot of pressure on them took some effort to put them back in
