after winter storage won't run

After storing our Club car over the winter and after a Battery charge it won't run when I push the accelerator I can hear the solenoid click twice in rapid secession and the car gently bumps forward when in reverse it will continue to try to run but nothing more than a gentle bump. Ran Fine last Fall. Any help would be much appreciated As I have a very upset Wife on my hands Camping season in fast approaching and I can't have the Queen of the campground walking.
