After doing more reading last night and today, it's showing symptoms of a speed sensor.

Get some clip leads. Makes life a lot easier.
https://www.amazon.com/KAIWEETS-Elec...NsaWNrPXRydWU=

You've got 47.1V being applied to the controller, but only 38.4V applied to the motor (armature), or about 81.5% throttle.

Check the ITS (throttle) voltage to see if controller is being told to open to 100%.

ITS voltage checks are on page E-10 in attached service manual.

OK, I found the pdf that will open for me. It doesn't really show where to get a reading for the voltage.

I'm in to the ITS sensor. It looks kind of corroded to me. Looks may not matter. Not sure. Care to share where to obtain the voltage?

Another view of the ITS.

Now to add this. I've been doing some research and troubleshooting (not just begging for answers here lol). Looking at speed sensor issues, one troubleshooting step I checked was, with the cart in neutral, I pushed the cart (as a roll away) and didn't get a beeping like it says it should. There's also no resistance during the roll away. Also, I believe I posted about this before but the cart doesn't seem to have any regen braking at times. More so than not. Also just to add thoughts, when you first try to accelerate, it jerks like it did before when the ITS got wet.

After looking at a replacement ITS sensor, I may just have to use a little fine sand paper and clean up the plunger. You have to buy the whole pedal assembly. But tomorrow, as soon as I figure it out I'll check the voltage.

Instead of embedding the huge images within the post, attach then using the paperclip. That way the person trying to view them can click on the thumbnail attached to the post and get a full screen image and has the option of expanding it larger for greater detail if need be.

With the huge images embedded in the post, you have to scroll horizontally to read the text in the post and I usually don't bother to read what is in posts like that, since it is inconvenient to do so.

----------------------

The walkaway safety not triggering beeper and regen braking, does indicate a speed sensor issue, but it could also be the pedal isn't returning to the full upright position. Try pulling pedal all the way up and see if beeper and brakes activate when cart is pushed.
