G16EU-2000 solenoid clicks - won't run
Turned on switch and drove cart out to load. Turned switch off. Loaded cart but when I turned switch and tried to go, it would not run - only clicks. Battery cables corroded so I cleaned without removing cables and charged batteries. Charger showed it was charging but still will not run. Should I remove cables and clean terminals good? Then what should I check. This is my first cart.

OK first things first. Clean all battery posts and make sure they are free of corrosion. Check batteries after charging and make sure they all are about 1/8" over the plates. Make sure to use distilled water only. Now go back and check all battery posts too make sure cables are all tight. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. While you are checking the battery posts also make sure the cables are all good with good ends. Make sure to also check the solinoid cable.

Thanks Larry. I topped batteries with distilled water before charging. Where do I look to check solenoid cable. I don't have manual or diagram.

Just check your connections on the solinoid itself as well as the cable.

Re: G16EU-2000 solenoid clicks - won't run
Well after cleaning all the cables and replacing a bad battery, not even the solenoid clicks and battery charger does not register that it is charging. Made sure I connected batteries correctly by taking a photo before removing cables to clean. Don't know what to check now. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a way to check battery voltage? If the batteries are to low in volts the charger will not charge. Your cart is a 48 volt system.
