Default Light sputter/jerking.... ONLY on initial movement

Here's the issue specs.

2008 Club Car Precedent

4-12v US batteries 2017 date codes and they all test out fine.

Cart seems to sputter a bit or be slightly "jerky" only when lightly accellerating or going in reverse. It seems to only do this as the pedal is lightly depressed as it doe snot seem to miss a beat when cruising around.

Does this sound like a MCOR issue or a speed sensor issue? Just looking for a bit of advice on where to start. BTW the feeling is more of a shudder than a jerk. It is mild but noticable.

That is almost always a bad MCOR. https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/mcors

Just for something to try, put it in N key off and pump the go pedal 20-30 times. If it helps bad mcor

Could be worn out brushes in the motor. Not terribly difficult to replace, but the only way to check them is to take the motor apart.

KGSC- I tried pumping the gas about 40 times like you mentioned and then flipped the switch to both forward and reverse. Crept forward and backward with no stutter/jerking. looks like Nolefan was onto my problem being the MCOR. Thanks for the tip! hopefully a new one fixes the issue.
