Default 93 club car solid state upgrade (36v) am I doing this right?

I have a 93 club car (solid state system) that Iam ready to do some upgrades too. from what i can tell it's all stock. I wanted to do the speed controller 1st. any help will be appreciated!

my plans are as follows:
1. plum quick bandit upgrade (still trying to figure out what motor I have see pic any advice is greatly appreciated not sure if it is the ge or AMD mentioned on plum quicksilver site)

2. speed controller (will be based on motor) w/ solenoid

3. I have just purchased 6 new trojan batteries [ATTACH]20190424_214716.jpg[/ATTACH]
